Fred Paoli, Jr.

Fred was born in Great Falls and graduated with honors from Colorado State University. He received his J.D. from Washburn Law School in Topeka, KS. He was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1979, and the Colorado bar in 1983. Fred worked as an associate at three Colorado firms before moving to Montana and beginning his solo practice. In addition to his partnership in Paoli & Brown, P.C., Fred was also a partner in the Denver firm Bogue & Paoli, LLC (later Bogue, Paoli & Thomas) from 2006 until 2015. 
While Fred was beginning his legal career, he was also beginning another career, that as a world-class rugby player. Fred was a member of the U.S. rugby team the Eagles from 1982 until 1991, and served as the Eagles’ team captain in 1987. After his retirement from international play in 1991, he began (and continues) to serve in various coaching capacities at collegiate, club, and representative levels. In 1998, Fred was inducted into the Colorado State University hall of fame for his athletic achievements.
Fred is a dedicated and successful trial lawyer who had over 30 years of experience representing clients who have been personally and financially injured due to professional negligence, motor vehicle accidents, insurance bad faith, or faulty products. He has won approximately 80% of the 60 cases he has tried before juries, and, since 1997, has won his clients two verdicts in excess of $1,000,000.00
Fred is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. Fred and his wife, Anita, have been married for over 30 years and call the Paradise Valley their home.

Kevin S. Brown

Kevin was born in Billings and graduated with high honors from MSU-B in 1993. He graduated with honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 1996, in the top 10% of his class. Recently, Kevin received the America’s Top 100 Attorneys lifetime achievement award. Kevin has also received a Martindale Hubbell peer review rating of BV Distinguished for high professional achievement, and also enjoys the Martindale Hubbell designation of High Ethical Standing.
 Kevin specializes in personal injury, family law, criminal defense, and general litigation, and he is licensed to practice before Montana state and federal courts. Kevin has over 20 years of experience trying cases to Montana juries. Erin E. Harris 

Our new associate, Erin, graduated with honors from the University of Montana School of Law in 2016, in the top 10% of her class. During law school, Erin received CALI awards for her performance in negotiations, torts, and advanced criminal procedure.  She interned with ASUM Legal Services, providing University of Montana students and faculty with legal assistance in a wide variety of matters, including consumer protection, estate planning, real property, criminal law, landlord-tenant disputes, and family law. Prior to and during law school, she also interned with Paoli & Brown, where she most enjoyed negotiating with insurance adjustors on behalf of personal injury clients. Erin is licensed to practice before Montana state and federal courts. 
Erin received a Presidential Scholarship to attend the University of Montana, where she graduated with high honors in 2013, with dual degrees in history and German. Erin is a Park High graduate, and is excited to be back in her hometown to begin her practice.
