Erin Harris



Erin is admitted to practice in Montana and Wyoming. She holds CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Torts; Negotiations; and Criminal Procedure. Erin graduated from the University of Montana School of Law with honors in 2016. She holds bachelor’s degrees in history and German.

Erin grew up in Livingston. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, dive bars, and dogs.

John Byorth

John is admitted to practice in Montana state and federal courts. After twenty years as a magazine writer and editor, John returned to law school at the University of Montana, where he focused on Indian Law, Natural Resources, Property, and Administrative Law. In addition to several CALI Excellence awards, John was the class speaker at graduation. 


John was Billings-born and raised with his six siblings. His interests are skiing, hunting and fishing, bird dogs and floating Montana's rivers. 




Kevin Brown



Kevin is admitted to practice before Montana state and federal courts. He holds the America's Top 100 Attorneys Lifetime Achievement Award and enjoys a Martindale Hubbell Distinguished peer review rating, as well as a High Ethical Standing designation. 


Kevin was born in Billings. His interests include history and hair metal.
